Method of administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Unless otherwise prescribed, Iberogast should be taken 3 times a day, before or during meals with a little water, as follows:
Adults and adolescents over 13 years 20 drops.
Children between 6 and 12 years 15 drops.
For children between 3 and 5 years 10 drops.
If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days, consult your doctor.
There are virtually no restrictions on the duration of use. The duration of use depends on the nature, severity and evolution of the disease.
Shake the vial well before use.
Precautions:
Discontinue treatment immediately and consult your doctor if there are any signs or symptoms of liver disease, such as jaundice, dark urine, or colorless stools. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days, consult a doctor to rule out other possible causes.
In children under 6 years of age with abdominal pain, always consult a doctor.
Iberogast is an extract based on ethyl alcohol, contains up to 240 mg per dose, equivalent to 6.2 ml of beer or 2.6 ml of wine per dose. Harmful to those suffering from alcoholism. This information should be taken into account in pregnant or lactating women, children and high-risk groups, such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy.
