Shipping Policy

All our orders are shipped within one business day.

There are three methods for shipping: Free shipping, Standard, Express by DHL

Free shipping and Standard are via PostNL services and we provide a tracking number for both. The estimated delivery time it`s between 12-15 business days.

DHL Express delivery time it`s estimated between 1-3 days for Europe and 5-10 for the rest of the world, door to door shipping.

A tracking number is provided and you can check on "https://www.17track.net/en " or on the official DHL website.

Return Policy

We accept the 14 days return policy if the products are in the original sealed packaging.

If the package was sent and it wasn`t collected you have 6 months to let us know to refund your product with the cost of shippining ( it applies to " free shipping " option too )

You can cancel an order for medicines up until the point when your medicine is dispatched ( Same business day ). This can be done by sending an email to storeofhealth20@gmail.com or using " Cancel Order" if you are logged into an account.
