Shipping Policy
All our orders are shipped within one business day.
There are three methods for shipping: Free shipping, Standard, Express by DHL
Free shipping and Standard are via PostNL services, and we provide a tracking number for both. The estimated delivery time it`s around 12-15 business days.
DHL Express delivery time it`s estimated between 1-3 days for Europe and 5-10 for the rest of the world, door-to-door shipping.
A tracking number is provided and you can check on "https://mailingtechnology.com/tracking/ " or on the official DHL website.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a full refund will be processed if they meet these return conditions.
For quality-related issues, including products reported as defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, the products must be returned to us before a full refund can be issued. This allows us to inspect the reported issue and safely remove the affected products from circulation.
If the package was sent and it wasn`t collected you have 6 months to let us know to refund your product with the cost of shipping ( it applies to " free shipping " option too )

You can cancel an order for medicines up until the point when your medicine is dispatched ( Same business day ). This can be done by sending an email to storeofhealth20@gmail.com or using " Cancel Order" if you are logged into an account.
