Hops cone extract (Humulus lupulus) has a calming effect on the nervous system and is good to use in case of difficulty in installing sleep.

Active Ingredients / 1 tablet:
Magnesium 60 mg (16%) * VNR
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.4 mg (100%) * VNR
Roinita extract (Melissa officinalis) 60 mg
Hops cone extract (Humulus lupulus) 40 mg

Method of administration:
1 tablet daily with water.
