Composition
1 tablet contains 250 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 20 mg caffeine and 150 mg paracetamol.
Indications
Antineuralgic P is an analgesic and antiseptic with acetylsalicylic acid and paracetamol; weak psychomotor stimulant and anti-migraine through caffeine.
Indicated in headache, neuralgia, myalgia, fever, flu, postoperative pain.
contraindications
Allergy or intolerance to salicylates and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (inhibitors of prostaglandin synthesis); specific allergy to paracetamol; evolving gastroduodenal ulcer, hemorrhagic diseases and risk of bleeding. Caution in non-evolutionary ulcer disease, asthma, in the kidneys (long-term administration) and during pregnancy (avoid the first trimester and the last month). It should be used with caution or avoid (as appropriate) the combination of coumarin anticoagulants (increased risk of bleeding), glucocorticoids (risk of ulcers and bleeding), methotrexate (increases its toxicity), antidiabetic sulphonamides (risk of hypoglycaemia), probenecid and sulfinpyrazone ( low uricosuric effect), spironolactone (low diuretic effect).
Side effects
Epigastralgia, nausea, vomiting; various allergic reactions, rash, bronchospasm; rare: various anaphylactoid reactions, with asphyxia or collapse (cross-intolerance to all prostaglandin synthesis inhibitors); rhythm disorders and increases in blood pressure values.
Method of Administration
1 tablet as needed, repeated 3-4 times / day.
