Properties:

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin;
Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system;
Manganese contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress;
Copper contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system;
Molybdenum, Selenium and Chromium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Recommendations:
- to support the immune system and the body's resistance;
- in cases of malnutrition (e.g. special diets, slimming, vegetarianism), intense physical activity;
- in cases of fatigue, inappetence, indisposition, weakness, insomnia.
Method of administration:
- in children, between 4 and 10 years: 2x9 drops per day;
- in children, between 11 and 14 years: 2x18 drops per day;
- for teenagers, between 15 and 17 years old: 2x23 drops per day;
- in adults: 2x27 drops per day.
Administer dissolved in at least 50 ml of liquid (e.g. water, fruit juice, tea), during meals, preferably accompanied by vitamin C 50 mg, as it favors better absorption of mineral substances in the body.
It is not recommended to take the drops dissolved in milk or coffee.
