Bio-Melatonin is a dietary supplement containing 3 mg of melatonin / tablet. Melatonin has a role in reducing the subjective manifestations associated with time zone changes * and is beneficial when traveling long distances. Moreover, melatonin is involved in reducing the time needed to fall asleep **. Melatonin should always be given at bedtime. 3mg is the dose commonly used in studies of the effects of melatonin.
