Mastrelle Flora PLus, 2x10 capsules, Fiterman

Properties:
Mastrelle® Flora Plus, vaginal capsules is a product based on an active prebiotic complex, vitamins and hyaluronic acid. Due to its complex composition, Mastrelle® Flora Pus decreases and balances the vaginal pH to its physiological value (pH <4.5). The prebiotic complex provides nutrients that stimulate the growth of lactobacilli and the restoration of the protective biofilm, preventing the growth of pathogenic bacteria and Candida-like fungi. Vitamin E and hyaluronic acid form a film with moisturizing and regenerating properties, resulting in relief of itching, irritation and stinging.

Advantages:
- Selectively inhibits pathogenic strains such as Candida albicans, Trichomonas vaginalis and Gardnerelle vaginalis;
- Restores the vaginal pH and restores the vaginal flora consisting of lactobacilli;

Composition:
Biologically active prebiotic complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, sodium hyaluronate, xylitol, lactose, hypromellose, titanium dioxide.

Indications:
- supportive treatment in bacterial vaginitis and vaginal candidiasis;
- prevention of recurrent bacterial infections;
- prevention of imbalance of the vaginal flora during the treatment with antibiotics;
- maintaining a balanced pH and vaginal flora, as well as a preventive measure;
- amelioration of the symptoms manifested in the case of postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis;
- rebalancing the vaginal pH in case of hormonal imbalances that occur as a result of contraceptive administration, during breastfeeding or during stressful periods;
- rebalancing the vaginal pH after the menstrual cycle or after unprotected sexual contact;
- prevention of vaginal infections after swimming or jacuzzi.
Dosage and method of administration
- supportive treatment in bacterial vaginitis and vaginal candidiasis: one vaginal capsule per day (before bedtime), for 7-10 days;
- prevention of recurrent bacterial infections: a vaginal capsule every 3 days (before bedtime);
- prevention of imbalance of the vaginal flora during the treatment with antibiotics: one vaginal capsule per day throughout the treatment with antibiotics, and after the end of the treatment, another 7 days;
- maintaining a balanced pH and vaginal flora, as well as a preventive measure: one vaginal capsule per week;
- amelioration of the symptoms manifested in the case of postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis: a vaginal capsule every 3 days;
- rebalancing the vaginal pH in case of hormonal imbalances that occur as a result of contraception, during breastfeeding or during stressful periods: one vaginal capsule per week;
- rebalancing the vaginal pH after the menstrual cycle or after unprotected sexual intercourse: one vaginal capsule daily for two days, after each menstruation or after each unprotected sexual intercourse;
- prevention of vaginal infections after the pool or jacuzzi: one vaginal capsule after each visit to the pool or jacuzzi.

Recommendations:
Mastrelle® Flora Plus vaginal capsules require a moist intravaginal environment to dissolve completely. In the case of extremely dry vaginal mucosa, the capsules should be moistened with water for a few seconds before administration.
