Melatonin Pura Junior 1 mg solution, a dietary supplement based on melatonin, which regulates sleep disorders. It is recommended for the effect of reducing the time needed to fall asleep in case of sleep disorders.

Active ingredients:
Melatonin 1 mg/ml.

Administration:
It is recommended to take 1 ml, as is or diluted in a little water. The effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep can be obtained with the intake of 1 mg melatonin, before bedtime. In the case of sleep disorders caused by time zone variations, the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consuming a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before bedtime on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination. Shake the bottle well before use to facilitate homogenization of the product. Being a natural product, any change in color or taste from one batch to another does not affect the quality. 

Contraindications:
Contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
