Flaxseed oil (Linum ussitatisimum) (with 60% ALA - alpha linoleic acid) 400 mg
Lamb Tongue Oil (Borago officinalis) (contains 20% GLA - acid gamma linoleic) 200 mg
Fish oil (EPA standardized 18% and DHA 12%) 400 mg

Method of administration:
1 capsule orally, 3 times daily, with meals, in sufficient quantity of water for a period of 30 days followed by a break of 30 days.
Special mentions and warnings:
Contraindicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as in case of neurological disorders (epilepsy) or mental grace (schizophrenia).
May interact with concomitant administration of neuroleptics, anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, heparin, thrombolytic agents.
It is recommended to take a 2-hour delay from any iron supplement.
