Properties:
- adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of pain such as: headache - is one of the most common reasons why patients seek medical care, migraine - is the second most common form of headache that affects about 15% of women and 6 % of men, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, muscle pain, back pain, rheumatic pain, fever, symptoms associated with cold and flu;
- after oral administration, ibuprofen lysinate dissociates into ibuprofen acid and lysine;
- Clinical evidence shows that when 1 tablet of Paduden Rapid Forte containing ibuprofen lysine 684 mg (equivalent to ibuprofen 400 mg) is used, the pain relief effect can last up to 8 hours;
- Following administration of Paduden Rapid Forte, ibuprofen is absorbed more rapidly from the gastrointestinal tract, and peak plasma concentrations appear at approximately 30 minutes but the effect is felt after 15 minutes.

Each film-coated tablet contains 400 mg of ibuprofen (equivalent to 684 mg of ibuprofen lysine).
Way of usage:
Adults and adolescents weighing ≥40 kg (12 years of age and older): 1 tablet at most three times daily, as needed.
Elderly: no dose adjustment is necessary, careful monitoring is recommended.
