Ingredients:
Uridin 5-sodium monophosphate 61 mg, Ginseng extract 60 mg, magnesium, niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6, thiamine ( vitamin B1), folic acid, vitamin B12.

Uridin monophosphate is a nucleic acid with a role in many different neuroregulatory processes:
Participates in improving central synaptic function
Increasing the number of axons and dendrites, being one of the most important components of RNA (ribonucleic acid)
Helps improve short-term memory and long, attention, emotional state, control of movements and muscle tone
One of the elements necessary for the formation of the cell membrane
Involved in the restoration of the myelin sheath (covers the axons that transmit electrical impulses)

When the myelin sheath is damaged, the neuron no longer functions normally and various neurological symptoms may occur, including back pain, neck trauma. Pain is a manifestation of disorders of the peripheral nervous system.

Ginseng extract contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity and normal blood circulation.

B vitamins (B1, B3, B6, B12) support the proper functioning of the nervous system, help maintain normal energy metabolism, including in nerve cells.

Folic acid: participates in the synthesis of amino acids and therefore important molecules for cells, contributes to the process of cell division.

It does not contain sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Method of administration:
1 capsule daily, swallowed whole. For optimal effect, long consumption (3 months) is recommended. After a month's break, consumption can be resumed.

Warnings and precautions:
It is not used during pregnancy and lactation. People with diabetes need to monitor their blood sugar levels (may lower their blood sugar). If surgery is required, use should be discontinued at least 2 weeks in advance. It is used with caution and under medical supervision during treatment with anticoagulants. Due to its Ginseng content, it is not recommended for people with autoimmune diseases. In the first days of use, it can affect the pulse and blood pressure can increase.
